At Cyber Awareness Welfare Society, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund and cancellation procedures for our donors, members, and participants.
Donations:
- All donations are non-refundable, as they are utilized immediately for our charitable purposes.
- However, if an error occurs during the donation process, we will refund the incorrect amount.
Event Registrations:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to the event date will receive a 25% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event date are non-refundable.
Membership:
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Members can cancel their membership at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining term.
Payment Errors:
- If an error occurs during payment processing, we will refund the incorrect amount.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing to or .
- Cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
Exceptions:
- The NGO reserves the right to modify or waive this refund and cancellation policy in exceptional circumstances.
