At Cyber Awareness Welfare Society, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund and cancellation procedures for our donors, members, and participants.

Donations:

• All donations are non-refundable, as they are utilized immediately for our charitable purposes.
• However, if an error occurs during the donation process, we will refund the incorrect amount.

Event Registrations:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to the event date will receive a 25% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event date are non-refundable.

Membership:

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Members can cancel their membership at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining term.

Payment Errors:

• If an error occurs during payment processing, we will refund the incorrect amount.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Cancellation Requests:

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing to or .
• Cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 3 working days.

Exceptions:

• The NGO reserves the right to modify or waive this refund and cancellation policy in exceptional circumstances.

By making a donation, registering for an event, or becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund and cancellation policy.
